Pasquale's Italian Restaurant Review – West Seneca, NY
score
Pasquale's is on Seneca Street in West Seneca. A viewer recommended it on review.pizza.
The order
Joe ordered a large cheese pepperoni for $25 flat. Nobody inside was sure if it was a 16 or 18 inch, so Joe asked viewers to weigh in. The cup and char pepperoni was nicely darkened and looked like it may have been chopped in house.
First bite
It's raining grease, and it's tasty grease. Medium to thin thickness and nice and saucy.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Light browning underneath, with a little crunch and a little softness on the back side.
- Cheese: Fantastic, creamy and salty.
- Pepperoni: Cup and char that tastes good, and it balances nicely with the cheese.
- Toppings: Joe liked the distribution.
The verdict
Even though the grease tried to get him in the face, Joe really liked this one. A back corner bite kicked it up to a solid 8.5. These pizzas out here are fantastic, and at $25 you can't go wrong.
