The order
Joe ordered a large, which here is 17 inches. Not 16, not 18. It cost $25.10 and came with big slices, cup and char pepperoni and some herbs on top.
First bite
Medium browning underneath and a good amount of cheese. The crust is actually on the thinner side.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thinner, with really nice flavor on the back. Joe wanted a little more crunch.
- Sauce: A good amount, but a little thick and rich.
- Cheese: Good, and still better than most Canadian cheese, but not quite the same as other Buffalo pizzas. It fell a little flat for Joe.
- Pepperoni: Good.
What would make it better
Joe thinks they have the right ingredients but could step up the quality of each one. A slightly more tomatoey sauce, better cheese and a little more cook.
The verdict
It's a solid pizza, just not one of the best Joe has had in the area. He gave Luigi's a 7.4.
