First bite
Joe went for the corner slice, which had four pepperoni on it. It's thick, but nice and saucy and cheesy, with light browning underneath.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: The back is nice and crunchy, but the flavor is a little flat. Joe wondered if the dough proofed too long. He liked the first bite better than the back bite.
- Sauce: A nice mellow flavor, maybe with a little garlic.
- Cheese: Beautiful and creamy, the kind Joe can't get in Canada.
- Pepperoni: Good.
What would make it better
Work on that outer crust.

Overall a good pizza, but the outer crust wasn't Joe's favorite. He gave it a 7.6.
