Joe ordered a large 16-inch pizza done in a deck oven for $21.87. It looked like a typical Buffalo area pie, saucy and cheesy with cup and char, on a slightly thinner crust.
First bite
Light browning and a little undercooked, but Joe liked the flavors and the sauce right away.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: A little thinner, with good flavor and a bit of crunch. Just undercooked.
- Sauce: Fantastic. Light and tomatoey, not that rich pasty style.
- Cheese: Fantastic.
- Pepperoni: Good.
What would make it better
Cook it a little more.
