Sorrentino's Spaghetti House Review – Williamsville, NY
score
Sorrentino's Spaghetti House is on Main Street in Williamsville. A viewer recommended it on review.pizza.
The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $21.20, a good price. The cup and char distribution was interesting. Some pepperoni were stacked, and a bunch were missing on one side. Joe went straight for the stacked slice.
First bite
The crust felt a little pillowy. Underneath was a light, light cook, a little floppy, but the flavor was fantastic.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and seasoned well.
- Sauce: Not exactly tasting like a premium sauce, but tasting like a delicious one. Nice and saucy for how thin the crust is.
- Cheese: Delicious. Joe said it's almost like a pizza sandwich or grilled cheese.
- Pepperoni: The triple stacked slice had good flavor.
The verdict
Joe wished it was cooked a little more, but then he wasn't even sure more cook would make it better, because everything was really good the way they do it. It's hard to eat but delicious. He gave it an 8.2.
