First bite
Lightly browned on the bottom with a soft dough. The parmesan seasoning is strong but not over the top. It's salty and it's tasty.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Soft and lightly cooked, with a nice crunch on the back.
- Sauce: A little sweet, but not crazy. Joe loves when the sauce goes to the edge and gets a little caramelized.
