Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $24.40. It looked like a classic Buffalo pie, saucy and cheesy with little pools of grease in the cups.
First bite
Joe was careful not to lose the cheese. It's a thin crust, super cheesy, with a sweet sauce and light browning underneath.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Seasoned well with good flavor and no gumminess, but lightly cooked.
- Cheese: "Cheese is where it's at."
- Pepperoni: Good flavor. Joe pointed out one nice thick, greasy cup.
What would make it better
More cook. Joe said with a little more time in the oven it would for sure be in the eights.
