The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch pizza for 17 bucks flat, which he thought was a good price. It came with a nice amount of cup and char pepperoni.
First bite
Nice dark browning underneath and a mouthful of ooey gooey cheese. Joe said he'd have burned his mouth if it weren't for all the calluses.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and solid. The back is a little sweet, coming from the crust, not the sauce.
- Sauce: You can taste the herbs, but it's not over potent. A nice mix.
- Ratios: Crust to cheese to sauce is solid.
- Pepperoni: Solid, with some reverse cup and char going on.
What would make it better
Maybe take the sauce and cheese to the edge. But Joe said if they're the OG, they know what they're doing.
