Neat Pizza is on Transit Road. Joe's order took a while, and the staff gave him a $25 gift card to make up for it. Joe gave that 9.5 on customer satisfaction and said he would pay the card forward to one commenter on the video.
The order
Joe ordered a cheese pepperoni for $21.21. It looked like about a 12-incher, with cup and char pepperoni and some nice coloring.
First bite
Joe went for the cross pull and got a big cheese pull with nice browning underneath. It's thin with a nice crunch.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Style: It felt different from the wood-fired pies Joe is used to. He wasn't sure if it was wood or gas fired. He called it a crossbreed, a thin pie with Buffalo ingredients.
- Sauce: Joe could taste the oregano.
- Char: Some might say a little burnt. Not Joe. He liked it.
