The order
Joe ordered a large, which looked like a 16-inch, for $15 flat. Sauce and cheese went right to the edge, and it was cut nicely.
First bite
Golden brown underneath and definitely on the cheesy side. The crust has a soft chew even though it's thin.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and soft in the middle, with more crisp on the back.
- Sauce: A good amount with a good mix of herbs that doesn't overpower. Joe could really taste the cheese.
- Cheese: Fantastic.
- Pepperoni: Solid cup and char.
What would make it better
Cooked up a little more for some extra crisp.
The verdict
At $15, it's easily enough for two, maybe three people. Joe gave Michael's an 8.2.
