Holy cheese. Joe figured he had about 600 calories in one bite of cheese, and it was phenomenal.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Between medium and thin, with nice browning underneath.
- Sauce: Nice and saucy, with a few herbs. Not heavy on the sweetness for a Buffalo sauce.
- Cheese: Phenomenal.
- Pepperoni: Crisped up nicely.
- Frico: The ingredients go to the edge and crisp up. That does it for Joe.
