The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $21.75. It looked nice and saucy and wasn't shy on the cup and char.
First bite
Hot and dripping grease. Joe caught the cheese right before it fell, and it was fantastic.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin, with a beautiful cook underneath. Joe likes the change of pace of a thinner crust with Buffalo flavors.
- Sauce: Nice and mellow. They didn't go crazy on sugar.
- Cheese: Money. Slightly heavy, but a good amount.
- Pepperoni: Solid, with a nice reverse cup and char.
What would make it better
Maybe a little more cook to see how it turns out with all that cheese.
