Joe ordered a large 18-inch pizza for $25.20. It was loaded with cup and char pepperoni and the slices were big.
First bite
Medium browning and a nice ratio of crust to sauce to cheese. Joe liked how thin it was in the middle.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and great in the middle, but thicker, chewy and floofy on the outside. Joe said he'd probably cut the crusts off and eat the insides.
- Sauce: Good flavor.
- Cheese: Could use a little more, especially toward the outer edge.
- Pepperoni: A little greasy but not too bad, and seasoned well.
What would make it better
Keep the thickness consistent from the middle to the edge. Joe said that would make the biggest difference.
