The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch pizza for $21.74. It's done in what they called an air deck oven, which Joe wasn't sure about. It came triangle cut with cup and char pepperoni.
First bite
Light to medium browning underneath, a medium thickness, and a sauce that's on the potent side.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Medium thickness, cooked almost to perfection.
- Sauce: Good flavor with herbs, but a little too tomato pasty for Joe. If you like a richer tomato sauce, this one's for you.
- Cheese: Fantastic. You can't go wrong with this cheese in Buffalo.
- Pepperoni: Fantastic cup and char.
What would make it better
Joe would love to try it with a smoother sauce. He said that's his preference.
