Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $23.33. Big slices with cup and char and good distribution, maybe missing a couple of pepperoni if he's being picky.
First bite
The cut was perfect and the cheese pull was big. Joe got slapped by a string of cheese. It's saucy, cheesy and crunchy on the back.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Medium light browning, cooked nicely with a good crunch.
- Sauce: A good amount, but one of the richer, tomato pasty sauces. Joe likes his a little more mellow.
- Cheese: The shining star. Fantastic.
- Pepperoni: Nice cup and char.
What would make it better
A different sauce. Joe said that would definitely get it into the eights.
