Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $28. It came with big slices, cup and char, and they weren't shy on the sauce.
First bite
It's cooked nicely, soft but with some nice color. Joe said instantly they had something cooking.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: The shining star. Soft on purpose, not undercooked, with a nice crunchy back side. Joe guessed a 24 to 48 hour proof and called it one of the best crusts he'd had in a while.
- Sauce: A little sweet, but nice, probably with some oregano.
- Cheese: Good, though it looked pretty white. A bit more would help.
- Pepperoni: Cup and char.
What would make it better
A little more cheese and a spicy cup and char pepperoni.
