Ghada Have It! is on Military Road in Niagara Falls, New York. The owner reached out to Joe in his DMs and told him he had to come try the pizza.
The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $16.19. It came with cup and char, a thin crust and plenty of cheese, cut nicely and hot out of the oven.
First bite
Cheese right away, and a fantastic thin crust. Joe folded it up and liked the consistency. It stays thin almost all the way to the back.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and consistent, cooked nicely, with a good crunch on the back.
- Sauce: A mix of herbs, definitely oregano. Good flavor and a good amount, but a little too herby for Joe.
- Cheese: One of Joe's favorite parts.
- Pepperoni: Cup and char with the grease pooling in the cups. Another favorite, though a few more would help.
What would make it better
A few more pepperoni and a little less herbs in the sauce.
The verdict
It's still a solid pizza with a crust Joe really liked. He gave Ghada Have It! a 7.9.
