Joe ordered a large cheese pepperoni for $16.76, a good price. It looked a little different for the area, with a big outer crust, lay flat pepperoni and some nice crispies on the outside.
First bite
It was too hot to handle and turned into a pizza taco, but Joe could still taste the sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: A nice soft chew.
- Sauce: Has herbs and spices, but a little rich and thick for Joe.
- Cheese: Solid.
- Pepperoni: What stood out most. A bold flavor, and one of the best lay flats Joe has had in a while.
What would make it better
A different sauce. Everything else Joe liked.
The verdict
Joe didn't hold the heat against it and focused on the flavors. The sauce kept it out of the eights at 7.9.
