The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $22.29. It looked a little light on the cook, with a sprinkle of herbs on top and a thicker crust with cup and char.
First bite
Nice browning underneath, lots of cheese, and the herbs on top give it good flavor.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: On the thicker side, nicely browned and cooked well underneath.
- Sauce: Nice flavor, a little sweeter than some other places but not too crazy, and a nice amount of it.
- Cheese: Lots of it.
- Pepperoni: The cup and char has a nice crunch. Fantastic.
What would make it better
A little more cook on top and a couple extra pepperoni.
The verdict
They can run their business how they want, because they make a solid pizza. Joe called it delicious and gave it an 8.6.
