Joe ordered a large for $29.79 and got what looks like a party tray back in Canada. It's huge, cut into 18 slices, and sealed for freshness. There was zero chance he'd eat it all himself.
First bite
It's slightly browned underneath, thin and soft, with some crunchy pepperoni. The slice was heavy.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and soft. Tasty, but not too crispy on the back. The crisp comes from the pepperoni.
- Sauce: Joe liked it. You can taste the tomatoes, and it doesn't punch you with sugar.
- Cheese: Delicious.
- Pepperoni: Solid, with crispy edges.
What would make it better
More cook.
The verdict
Joe's arm got sore holding this thing. The flavors are good, it just needed more time in the oven. Joe gave Franco's a 7.9 and would love to try it again cooked more.
