The order
Joe ordered a large cheese pepperoni for $29.36. It's an 18- to 20-inch pizza depending on how it's stretched. It's not cup and char, but it looked delicious.
First bite
There's nice leoparding underneath and a pepperoni that tastes almost like sausage.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Fantastic, and Joe really liked the cook around the outside.
- Sauce: Tastes good, but it needs more of it.
- Cheese: Good, though there's less than at some other places.
- Pepperoni: Not the classic Buffalo cup and char, but it has good flavor.
What would make it better
More sauce and cup and char pepperoni.
The verdict
It's a delicious, thinner pizza at a place Joe would come back to. They even refused his tip, so he had to slip one in when they weren't looking. Joe gave it a 7.6.
