LocationNiagara Falls, NY
Casa Nova Ristorante on Military Road in Niagara Falls, New York has been around since 1975. A viewer recommended it to Joe on review.pizza.
The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $21.60. It looked saucy and cheesy, and the pepperoni looked like it might be hand cut.
First bite
Joe liked it right away. It's thin, with a little cornmeal underneath, and a pool of grease that his arteries couldn't wait for.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin and cooked nicely, consistent all the way through. Joe called it a mix of thin New York style and Welland, like Niagara Falls, NY meets Welland.
- Sauce: Joe really, really liked it. A nice, clean tomato taste.
- Cheese: Fantastic.
- Pepperoni: Joe wasn't sure it was cup and char, but it's thick and flavorful.
The verdict
Joe liked this one a lot. The distribution is money and they know what they're doing. He gave Casa Nova an 8.6.
