The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $20.73. It isn't cup and char, but there's a whole lot of pepperoni and it smelled phenomenal.
First bite
Joe liked it right out of the gate. It's a nice thin crust, saucy, with cheese all over his face.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin, cooked well underneath and crunchy on the back.
- Sauce: Good distribution and tastes good. Joe wasn't sure if it's homemade.
- Cheese: The good stuff from the States.
- Pepperoni: Lots of it, with good flavor.
What would make it better
Joe would like to try it with different sauces, but it's working.
The verdict
Broadway Pizza is a good, solid pie that Joe thinks will only grow on him. He gave it an 8.5, right in the middle.
