The order
Joe ordered a large 18-inch cheese pepperoni for $23.11. It came in what looked like a 24-inch box, and the pie itself almost looked like a 20-inch. The cup and char distribution looked good.
First bite
Nice browning underneath, a nicely seasoned dough and medium thickness. Joe could tell right away they know what they're doing.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin to medium. The underneath looks perfect.
- Sauce: Mellow, with a little tomato flavor and a hint of oregano. Not too crazy.
- Cheese: Awesome.
- Toppings: Right to the edge, and the distribution is money.
What would make it better
Maybe a minute more on top, but Joe wasn't going to complain.
The verdict
This pizza is a beautiful thing. Joe gave it an 8.6 and called it a great pizza for 23 bucks.
