The order
Joe ordered a large cheese pepperoni for $27.18. It looked like an 18-inch and had some weight to it. The cheese was flowing over the edge, and it looked like they cut their own pepperoni, which Joe takes as a good sign.
First bite
Nice and saucy and cheesy. Joe went right for the back and said it again: he loves Buffalo, New York.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Dark underneath but still soft, without any crunch. Some will say burnt. Joe won't, but he says it's unevenly cooked. He guessed it may be a hot oven.
- Cheese: Great.
- Pepperoni: Solid.
The verdict
The flavors are fantastic, but the dark bottom with no crunch had Joe a little puzzled. He gave it an 8.2 and would like to try it again.
