Joe ordered a large cheese pepperoni for $23.91. He wasn't sure if it was a 14 or 16-inch.
First bite
A little cornmeal underneath and a little grease dripping. Cheesy, and the cheese is beautiful.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Thin, which Joe guesses is more common in Cheektowaga. The back bite was the best bite, and he kept going back for more.
- Sauce: Good, with a punch Joe couldn't quite put his finger on. Maybe extra oregano, maybe some basil.
- Cheese: Fantastic. Joe would love to get it shipped to Canada for his pizzas back home.
What would make it better
A little more cook, and maybe a little less herbs in the sauce.
