The order
Joe ordered a large 16-inch cheese pepperoni for $23.10. It was tape sealed for freshness, with herbs on top and cup and char. It's a big pizza that looked a little thick.
First bite
It felt bready. The crust is fluffy, almost like a fresh piece of Italian bread.
Crust, sauce, cheese and toppings
- Crust: Fluffy and bready. Joe liked it.
- Sauce: Different. Thin and on the light side, and Joe couldn't put his finger on it, but it works with this kind of crust.
- Cheese: Some extra seasoning, maybe Parmesan. A little salty, but good salty.
- Pepperoni: Good, with some herbs right on it.
What would make it better
Joe would really like to try it with some spicy pepperoni.
